Default rear disk conversion question

does anyone know if 91 crx rear suspension and swaybar will fit on 98 civic ex?
my friend wants the whole suspension so he can get the rear sway too
if that doesn't work then will the brakes?

sorry for the newbie questions but i'm too lazy to search

TIA
