Default Rear disc conversion on 1997 dx coupe

Ok, what i would like to know here is, will the rear disc stuff from a 2001 integra GSR fit a 1997 civic DX coupe?

Is it all plug and play or is there serious alteration required?

I can live without the handbrake lines but do the brake oil lines connect right away or do i need to get some extensions?

Plus, my car sits squat, rear wheels are bent on an angle, poor lowering job it seems, what to do to lift it up a little bit, the 17 inch tires are hitting the rear fenders.

Or just get rid of the 17's. They're too big for a civic.
