Rear disc brake pad replacement issues
Ok so about two days ago my rear brakes started making this God awful metal rubbing sound. I get out there and get everything taken off and sure enough the left rear was gone. No biggie pickup some new pads and go to install.....and here is the issue.
The rear piston on the caliper will not go back in. On the front it's easy takes about 10 min to do and just press it in with a C clamp. This will not budge what so ever. What am I doing wrong here? Will the C clamp not work on the rear? Do I need a piston reset tool to do these?

the rears are different from the front, the rear caliper piston you need to twist it back in. they dont push in like the fronts.

That's what I was thinking, but wasn't trying to tear anything up trying. Called up the parts store. $6.99 to buy or $100 to rent lmao

^ Thanks bro. My Helms went MIA. I found some PDF's, but can't pull them up on my phone and no access to a comp at the moment.

Got the idea to just use an old set of wire stripper/cripper I had. Worked great fit right into the slot and once it was around about a complete rotation is starts to go in really easy. Thanks again guys
