I have those, because they are the only aftermarket bulbs available for JDM headlights. They're not blue at all, they're just white. Not bad though, not a big upgrade from stock...

If you want that "HID" look I used to use these PiAA's that had a purpley yellow tint.
I can no longer use these though since they are not made in the H4H. The Raybrigs would be my only aftermarket choice.

They use 60/55 high beam/low beam. But (supposedly) have the output of 125/120.

I know its not HID, yet its nowhere close to HID.
Its just a blub replacment. its not blue, just a bit brither whiter light.
for some reason they're called hid in japan, and they came with 3 months warranty.
