Radio not working
I recently bought a 2000 Honda Civic Em1, loving it. But i also want to know why the radio won't turn on. The car came with a kenwood, not sure what model but i checked the wiring everything is still plugged in, taped up. I checked all fuses and even replaced them to be sure but still won't turn on. Anyone know what else it could be?

Re: Radio not working
The fuse for the always live wire (yellow on the radio) is under the hood, it's called "BACK UP". Check that you have power on both the yellow and red wires with the key on and the black wire is grounded.
It's likely the radio itself is bad. Some radios will not power up if there is a short in the speaker wiring. Bench test the radio with only the yellow and red wires connected to + of a battery and the black to -, and all the other wires disconnected.
