Radiator Fan Not Starting - 99 Civic EX
Fan jumped at the plug turns on. Have put in 2 new and different fan switches but still does not turn on. Right now I installed a manual switch that bypasses the fan switch for the time being. Any thoughts on what it can be?

I'm dealing with the same problem. I might need to wire in a manual switch and see if that works until someone answers on here

99 civic obd2b ecu also turns on the fan as well, last discussion we had on this. You can also try bleeding the system.

fans won't turn on until a certain engine temp is reached. Mine took a while for it to finally turn on but it does work.....if your relay and sensors are good.

Also check all of the grounds back to the junction connector under the intake manifold. When I had this problem I found a pin backed out. These looms are getting old.
