rad res. support?
umm, 95 EX, what holds the rad resevoir in there? I was looking under the hood today and my rad. resevoir just sits between the rad and the air intake...I just realized when I take that out to put the CAI on, that resevoir's gonna be what, hanging? It's just stitting there, (it fits nicely I might add), but I can pull it up and ****....like all the way out..
What's it attach to? (Pictures preferably)

ah thanks, anybody have any more ideas if the 92-95's are the same? It seems as though it's held in by the air intake and the rad.......fits nicely though...but I have to take that part out so ~_~ what do I do

Good god! You've bumped your "question" so many times, one must wonder if you even looked around for a DIY thread. (Search button buddy) The res slides into its own individual mount between the radiator and intake and your intake is not supporting it. I feel dirty for responding to this thread... Shoot me now.

the only way you should have a problem is if you are using a ebay cai, or something decent that happens to be for a different cassis/engine. if neither, you did not look hard enough.

Okay, I didn't search enough..but on teh flipside it took this long to finally give an answer, so obviously it's not that easily found, I mean ****, I kept bumping it cause I wanted an answer, if you didn't wanna see the topic for so long, shoulda answered it...
and I dont' knwo why the hell dangle told me to look for a do it yoursaelf thread, I want some of the **** he's smoking...
Though I have no clue what nello a. is talkign about with it having anything to do with where a CAI is from (this has to do with the stock intake system, the aftermarket will have NO effect on this besides ******* it up further)
Based on dangle saying there is an individual mount I just looked at it, turns out there is one, a slide that holds it there, I"m used to 3 bolts on the bottom to hold a res in, but anyways, it's bent to ****/cracked/smashed in and down, 'tis why I couldn't see it, so I'll get a new one off somebody else's civic or maybe I'll spend some quality time with a vice when I get home from school and see if I can fix it...I mean ****, I was gonna put a CAI in there and I find out my res is just sitting inbetween the rad and the intake, kinda annoys you when you're about to take the intake out, go figure
In the meantime, as much as I don't want to, I have to say to dangle: thank you for your help

Re: (Syndacate)
The reservoir tank actually slides on a holder that's bolted to the chassis:
Refer to number 6 for the piece. Hope that helps.
On another note, you should be able to run a CAI and have it not interfere with anything as that piece is completely seperate.
edit, if you want a new part just order an oem one. It costs 8.50 brand honda oem new . Refer to this link: http://www.hondaautomotivepart...+HOSE

Re: (.ken)
To me this is one of those things that would have been easily found out by him popping his hood.
