My question to you, Does it say you can fit those specific coilovers on a 00 SI?

I didn't think so; So the answer is no.

BTW, Never EVER cheap out on coilovers unless you plan on buying new ones in few months

First, no ep3 coilovers will not fit your em1, 2001 on civics went to a macpherson strut suspension.

Second, there are countless coilover manufacturers for the 96-00 civic.

Cheap coilovers as mentioned above will fail...slip...and create a very shitty ride. Stay away from dropzone. I have the lowering springs...and I'm extremely happy with them...the coilovers...trash. Just my .02.

Stay away from "ebay" brands. Do you plan on putting coilovers on stock struts? This will also create a VERY short life for your struts...failure within weeks...maybe months if you're lucky.

If you want to stay cheap look at progress coilovers, cheap, and very good.
