Re: Quick YES or NO : will 13" rims fit on 92-95 "SI" hatch (=GAMEOVER=)
there are two diferent size rotors on civics. 9.5 in and a 10.2ish rotor
92-93 si's came with 9.5's you can get 13's on those
94-95 had the option of abs all abs fr rotors are 10.2 so you need 14' wheels
unless the 92-93 has the 10.2" rotors then it hsouldnt be a problem
i know i found a st of 10.2 in non abs spindles on a 93 ex coupe
it all depends on the rotor size

Re: Quick YES or NO : will 13" rims fit on 92-95 "SI" hatch (zulued)
i have VX Front Calipers and GSR Rear Calipers with brembos all around and i use 13" VX wheels on track days no problem. I'm not sure how much bigger Si calipers are...

Interestingly enough, this guy is the first one in the thread to have correct information.
'92-95 Si without ABS had 9.5" rotors up front, and can use just about any 13" wheels.
'94-95 Si with the optional ABS had 10.3" rotors up front and used the same calipers as '94-01 Integra - thus, only a certain few 13" wheels will work (namely Lenso VPD 13x7.5, Panasport 3-piece 13xX, and I think Volk TE-37 13xX as well).

well basically, you can always fix clearance with spacers or diff. offset wheels as mentioned.

Wrong.
'94-95 EH3 without ABS still had 9.5" rotors.

Why don't you just get Panasport rims? Same style as the RB one you ordered.

I'd assume because Panasports cost quite a bit more.

Same style but they make them from 13 - 17 inches. He wouldn't have a problem putting them on then now would he?

I would trust Targa250R's information, he has busted out some unbelievable knowledge. He has always schooled some people on factory specs. To the original poster, I would refer to Targa250R's specs he has some superior knowledge of factory specs when it comes to civics.

Then would you care to explain how the calipers in a '94-95 Si with ABS take the exact same pads (617 front, 374 rear) as '94-01 Integra non-R calipers?
And how about '94-95 LX/EX sedans with ABS? And '93-95 EX coupes with ABS? They also used the 617/374 pads.
Care to explain? Or are you just pulling information out of your ***?
