Default BENSE Tranny and Clutch PLEASE HELP!!!

I am getting ready to replace my transmission in my car. So i am going to replace the clutch and possibly the flywheel too. The symptoms of the car is when i back off the throttle (during driving) when coasting in anygear above 2nd and up i can hear a clicking sound from the tranny and also feel it in the shifter.

1. My question is do i have to replace the pressure plate and throwout bearing?
2. How do you know when you need to replace those things?

i got a 96 ex and my tranny was doing the same thing... i had the same noise, the whose shifter felt sloppy and i hated it, then once and i while it would clunk around second and would pop out violently.. i just replaced the trannt yesterday, turned the flywheel and replaced the clutch and pressure plate.. ive got a nice stage 1 competition clutch pressure plate and disc kicking around i had it in my car for 1 month, ive also got the alignment tool as well, ive had it in my car for prob 1 month, its a 6 puck clutch, if ure interested let me know. But yeah i replaced the trannt and the cars fine now.. much tighter

it just depends on whether or not the TOB and PP are worn out or not. buy the kit, pull the trans off, replace what you need to replace, return what you don't use
