if the laternator is off of a 94 LS and you have a 00 LS, then no.
it will mount with no problems, but due to the 94 being a obd1 motor, it has a different plug than the 00 (obd2) one.

hmm ok.. so just different plug.
i take it that it would not be very hard to jerry rig the right plug.. what is it.. two.. three prongs?
I could probably find the correct plug and cut it off a junkyard integra.
would that work?

The plug is pretty easy. Get the male side plug from a OBD1 car. I dont remember the wiring exchange wire per wire. It's been a while.
The alternator bolts up, and then you just solder on the plug from an OBD1 car. Any civic/integra plug should work. done and done. That's how I had it on my 99 hatch with a 94 B16A swap.

yes you can swap out the wires, but i have to take into consideration that i don't know you nor your mechanical skills.

I know my electrical.
If it's only ~3 wires.. no rocket science is involved.. just a multimeter and a guy who isn't color blind.. ha ha

You can search for the wiring exchange. Or get a wiring diagram for both an OBD2 and OBD1 car. Then go from there. The wiring exchange is obivously easier.

Even easier IMO is to take the two alternators apart and swap out trhe voltage regulators, which also happen to be the very item that the engine harness plugs into!
I did this on my wife's old 1992 Si Hb with B16A2 swap - swapped the SOHC OBD1 voltage regulator into the OBD2 B16A2 alternator and it works to this day some 6 years later!!!
