Quick Question on Ground controls
I just bought some gc's for my 2000 ex coupe and i was just curious about some of the stuff i got. I wanted to know wat are the little rubber circles for? They look like hair ties.
And my last question, Is there anything i can do to make the bolt that connects the control arm to rear strut come out easily. i have heard stories about them seizing up and the only way to repair would be to cut it out.
This is my first suspension install. I've researched and read tons of stuff on web about it and i feel that im well educated enough to preform this. If there are any pointers you can give a first timer, shout them out. thanks in advance.

They are for spacing between the shock and the sleeve part of the coil over. Use the biggest one you can fit in there and use o-ring lube to help it fit over the shock.
As far as the bolt goes PB blast penetrating oil and lots of prayer.

the bolt should come out fine, don't really worry about it. i know mine seized up but that's because the were oem w/120,000 miles on them, and the car came from up north, where salt took it's toll. if there is no rust you should be fine.
