quick question do i need this mount?

quick question do i need this mount?
I removed #1, 15-17, 32,34. the only thing thats left is 13,22 because i couldn't remove it. is it just an ac brackect or part of the whole engine mount?

AC bracket and a torsion mount all in one. A couple cars on h-t are not running that bracket or #14 they just have the polyurethane insert on # 7.

In my honest opinion I don't thing it will hurt anything. As for what exactly it does keeps engine from moving while under heavy load I guess.
