I've had the obd0 setup. The fitv and tb bolt to the intake manifold.
On obd1 setups the fitv is bolted the the bottom of the throttle body.
Not sure about the obd2 setup.
Seems like the fitv was deleted in 96 and honda went to a three wire iacv.
How is fast idle controlled on obd2 motors? by the ecu?

no fitv on odb2 civics/integras that i have seen..... they have a IAC valve.... controlled by the computer...
