Legato

i have a 97 2 dr civic dx and the front driver side wheel well (the rubber piece above the tire) is hanging and its like 108 to get a new one and replace so i said f that and went to a junk yard i didnt find a 97 i found a 99 only 5 bucks so i got any way does any one kn ow if it will fit or not? my car is in the shop rght now so i cant really check at the moment. thanks
