Default quick pricing questions on 94 cx

how much do you guys think i should pay for a clean 94 cx hatchback with clean title 215000 miles and a blown headgasket(doesnt matter)

the body is super clean, only has one dent the size of a quarter on the quarter panel, made from a shopping cart

$1100 is a steal, especially if the body is clean. The CX motor is a perfect candidate for a minime if you don't plan on swapping it out for something else.
