Re: Quick Axel Question (98WHP)
you should it will eventually start to cause problems as you loose more grease (lubrication) I had a mechanic forget to clamp down the boot where the axle and tranny meet up and i started to drop bearing and my axel fell out =/

Re: Quick Axel Question (98WHP)
Buy a remanufactured set of axles and swap 'em out. Or you might be lucky and not have any dirt/sand/rocks/gunk in your joints yet. Youmight be able to get away with repacking them with some fresh high temp grease after getting some new boots on there. Good luck.
