quicj question about connecting battery with no motor? ?

quicj question about connecting battery with no motor? ?
Ok since I pulled my motor in the summer I never thought of putting the windows so now I need to get it out of my garage for a bit...so there is no motor in it how would I go about picking up the windows? If I just connect the battery will I blow any fuses or other thing or is it safe to.just connect it and pick.up the windows?
