Re: questionnnn!!!
Don't keep bumping your thread in the tech section read the forum rules. Also read the forum rules about using a descriptive post title.
60 trim seems a bit big for a stock b16. I suppose you could get it to work with proper tuning, but I would look for something a little smaller if you were going to keep it stock...

Re: questionnnn!!!
All of that work isn't going to help you run any more boost. Cams would probably make it worse unless you bought cams which were designed for turbo cars (which skunk2 and other companies do make). If you can get a good deal than why not but, you still need to buy all of the piping an intercooler, bov, standalone or chipped ECU, dyno tuning etc... I would just save up and buy the greddy kit or get the Jackson Racing supercharger. I don't think your pieced together custom setup will run as well as those kits... Sometimes used ones pop up on here for sale.

Re: questionnnn!!!
What do you want to know? We told you a 60 trim turbo will be a bit big for your application, go to the forced induction section, create a post there and stop bumping your thread here...

He can't post in the forced induction thread yet. (he said that in is initial post)
To the OP: I agree with the others, that is big for a civic. You initially said a friend had it for sale and later you go on to say that you have bought it. If you bought it already before waiting for everyone's responses then I guess you're stuck with it. Try it out, when you get the other upgrades (turbo cams should be #1 ) then see if you can tune it to work properly.
Or, wait for your access to be unrestricted and ask the peeps in the f-i forum, they'd know for sure.

Re: questionnnn!!!
We hear you man, about the whole saving up thing. Its just that if you're not an expert than typically its best to buy a kit from a company that spent a lot of time engineering their products. You will run into less headaches that way even though you have to wait longer..

Re: questionnnn!!!
60 trim is way to big. honestly it would be a bad idea. some dumb kid put a 70 trim on his b20 that i bought, i took it off and it actually went faster lol

im putting a .54 trim garrett t3/t04e on my bored and stroked gsr. it will spool around 4700-5200. a 60 trim on a b16 wont spool til like 6500 and more then likely never reach full boost unless you over rev
