Default question for eg back seats

im in the process of looking for new back seats for my 1995 eg coupe. I want to install a set of Gsr leathers in the back and front. i heard the seats from the 4 door gsr would fit and the fronts could be from either a two or 4 door. but someone told me that the 4 door seats wouldnt fit either, so now im confused. my question is simply what seats would fit into a 95 eg coupe. would the leathers from a 4 or 2 door fit? or would neither fit at all? any info would be appreciated.

OK dude this is what I did. for the rear seats, u need 4 door bottoms with a 2 door top. reason is the 4 door top is a one piece and u cant make it fit but the cool thing about it is that the 4 door bottom is a bit bigger and you would no longer have that ugly gap that most people have when they used a complete 2 door set up. Now ur problem will be finding a set of 4 door leathers and 2 door leathers, and hoping they match! haha I had a wrecked 4 door i pulled the gsr cloth seats and bought some 2 door tops. Hope this helps.

If you get 4dr fronts you won't be able to have the lever that lets you tilt, and slide the seat forward to get into the back seat. I have 4dr fronts in my hatch, and it sucks a bit not having that. The four door rear upper and lower should fit though. If you have a coupe it shouldn't need a 2dr upper. I have the rear from a 4door and upper from a 2dr with no gap in the hatch, but the coupes don't have flat folding uppers in the back do they? If not then the 4dr rear should go in complete. I might be wrong about the upper though, lower I am correct.

what i might do is buy the 4 door lower off of acura and find a set of 2 door seats. so what your saying is that i need to take the cushion part and bolt it to the 4 door lower?

Unless the coupe has rear seats that fold down, the 4dr rear complete seat should be good. Like I said I have the lower from the 4dr and the 2dr uppers and there is no gap. I had the complete 2 door rear seats, and there was a gap. I guess you need to find out if the coupe rear seat and 4 dr are the same, and I am pretty sure they are. Go head to the junkyard and check it out. But if worse comes to worse, buy the 4dr, and sell the upper if it doesn't fit.
