question about shift linkage d series

are all the eg and ek shift linkages the same because my friend has a ek that he is putting a z6 in and his linkage he pulled out of his 93 del sol is longer than my eg hatch shift linkage.
Which linkage will he need?

But aside fom the del sol are all the other linkages the same
