Default Question about motor mounts

Well, today it was raining pretty bad, and I had my CAI on, cause I forgot to put my short ram in my car, and well, I think I hydrolocked my motor, and btw, I have a GSR swap done to my 95 civic. Well, I was wondering, would the motor mounts work on an LS motor? I can get one pretty cheap, so before I end up buying it, I was just trying to see if the mounts would work or if I would need to go ahead and buy new ones

Thanks

huh? Why do you think you need a new mount? But yes it will work.

And why do you think you hydrolocked? Does your car start?

i would address the wiring prob first. it sounds like you have a hot going to ground some where try to look at all the wires on your car and see if any of them have melted insulation or any arc or burn marks on any part of the car. also look at all your fuses and relays, look for any burns or melted plastic. btw have you been getting shocked? hope this helps you out

i would buy a new wiring harness. you need to find out where the hot is going to ground before you put on the new harness. it maybe on the harness somewhere or somewhere else. just look for any exposed hot wires touching metal. hope this helps.

electrical problems like this really suck sorry man

yes go to a salvage yard or mech shop in your area if you need the harness from the ecu to the engine you will have to get 2 wiring harnesses on for the engine and one from the ecu to the engine harness. try to find a U Pull It or something so that you can get exactly what you need. plus it will be a little cheaper
Hope this helps
