Question about Koni Yellow Shocks Help ME!!
hey guys wsup umm i just got a set of used koni shocks (2months used) and it was from a 94gsr and i was wondering how do you guys adjust these things??? Like which way and how many notches or spins to get it stiff and soft or smooth i dunno i got it for a good deal of 50bucks just 2months old the owner had a collision and i just called it since my stocks were blown

they should've come with a **** that you put on top of each shock to adjust the stiffness. if not, either call Koni or call up that dude and request it. counter clockwise is firm; clockwise is soft. it will say on the ****. oh, and there's really no accurate way of measuring how much you've turned except by guessing. There are no markings or "clicking" noises, etc. you just kind of go, "Okay, two turns on this one. then i guess two turns on the other."

Yep, you should have got a **** with them. I've heard not to make them completely firm. I turn mine to the firmest setting, then turn them back about a quarter turn. It's suppose to increase the life of the shock.

i see well my buddy told me that he lost those **** that were suppose to be on top so the only thing is to use a plier btw what about those other ***** that are on the rear shocks what are those for?

what *****? mine don't have any ***** on them ... just the removable white adjuster ****.

I don't know what ***** you're talking about. The rear should be the same as the front.

there's like a black **** on the bottom of the rear shocks or is that there for the looks, or/but, i see a screw like thing that i could prolly use a flathead to do something with i dunno but yeah thats what i am trying to explain
