Question about JDM EK mirrors

Question about JDM EK mirrors
I recently bouth a pair of mirrors and today I decided to test fit them, but when I uninstalled one of my stock mirrors I noticed that they have screws but the JDM ones don't. How do I get those screws to be able to install them? Here are som pics so you see what I am talking about.

take them off the stock ones and interchange them.. its not that hard to do. Take two nuts, put them on the screws, tighten them together then turn it counter clockwise and you know the rest...
