Default Question about flywheels

Would a B16 flywheel that has been rebalanced, resurfaced and lightened be the exact same as a JDM ITR flywheel?

PS-Does anyone recommend any type of flywheel to use with a b18b/w/GSR tranny?

I don't trust stock flywheels that have been lightened because it interferes with the rigidity/durability/strength whatever you want to call it of the metal since it was never intended to be drastically lighter than what it already is by design. Go with a nice chomalloy (sp?) one and better clutch at same time...that means start saving.
