thinking about putting a chip on my car, what brand is the best to use, regradless
of price. would i have to send out my ecm to have chip installed?

there are many "chips" out there...name out the type of motor your have what you are running now...all your mods and everything....there really is no best , it all depends ...certain ones are better for certain applications
