Pulsating lights and eratic speedometer.
Okay well all of a sudden, my 96 civic's speedometer starting going crazy. It starting shooting over to 120mph when I was moving only 20mph. It does this at idle as well when I hit the gas. My lights also start pulsating. Crazy thing is that I changes the Speedo with the sensor and I also changed the alternator today. Unfortunately, it is still happening. I have no engine codes at all. Could this be a loose ground or something grounding out? I already checked the ground to the battery and the one to the frame from the bracket on the tranny. I have not wet under the hood. I changed my dizzy to another one I had laying around and still no fix. I'm stumped. Please help.

I'm not sure. Let me check and I will let you know. Thanks. I guess I did not figure a fuse would do it.

If fuse 15 is blown, replace it. If it blows again, read this:
