projection light ?

When I bought my car it had projection lts and low beam works but no high beam. Is the bulbs just made for low beams? I pulled the bulb out and It has a lil pigtail that only hooks up to 1 wire.Anyone got some info they could share?

The lights you have use different bulbs for the low and high beam.
