take it to a dealership. they need to use their HDS unit to intalize (sp?) the keys with a code

He's talking about the remotes which can be done by hand I believe, I think your thinking for the immobilizer on the 01-up T5 transponder keys which need to be used with the Honda handheld.

Key off, key on, press any button on remote, key off, key on, press remote, key off, key on, press remote.
The power lock system should cycle at this time, meaning it is ready for programming. Then press any button on any and all remotes you have to program. Remove the key and you're done. It's actually easier to do than it is to type.

Thanks but it just isn't working for me I tryed the remote on my 2 door ex 99 and my 96 four door (used the 96-98 programming details for the four door) maybe the remote isn't working because its off a '04 SI??? I don't know whats going on....

Which remoted would work then only 96-00? Or only 99-00? When did they make different models or frequencys? Thanks....
