problem with d16y7
First off, I just dropped this engine in the car cause the last one shot a rod through the block. In the process of turboing this engine and they engine has never really ran non-turbo but the car has yet to see boost.
ok... cly 2 will not fire worth a damn at all, I switched plugs, didn't switch wires yet, and pretty sure it wouldn't be a vac leak. Also, when I had my chipped ecu connected to the car the car refused to go over 4k, with my stock ecu the car would rev like normal.... any ideas?
Also, the car isn't yet to see boost cause I don't want it to, it just refuses to boost.

well... its got dsm injectors, I'll check them asap.
Also, never really understood how to check compression, how do I do that? And if I checked compression, what would this tell me and how would I fix it?
