I would say both. Rode in both suspension setups. Sportlines just drop lower. If you only want quality, get Pro-Kit. But, IMO, get coilovers. Good for adjustability. Sometimes if you just install springs, you won't be happy with the drop (I wasn't).

It's the struts that are pissing you off. You should've gotten the Illuminas...and you SHOULD get the Illuminas with Tokico springs.

Maybe look into getting progressive rate springs. The Pro-Kits are progressive springs and they seem to ride better due to the "soft" portion of the spring. I had Pro-Kits on my Accord and loved them. I have Neuspeed (which I also think are progressive rates) and I like the ride as well.

edit:
now that I think about it, my neuspeed springs might not be progressive, I'll have to check to be sure.

I have the Sportlines. It's a little lower but I run GR2 shocks. Feels great!

I had the sportlines on tokico adjustables a couple of times and gave up on tokico cause the damn shocks blow to easy. That was from my experience though.

sounds like you want the ride to feel comfortable, then i would say go with the pro kit. Sportlines drop your car lower, and they are describe as linear progressive, i guess that means they are a little linear and a little progressive. But a linear spring and stiffer spring rate would make a harsher ride. If you have seen coil over sleeves most of them come with linear springs with high spring rates and you've ridden in one without aftermarket shocks they make the ride really harsh.

i'd say go with the pro kit.
