No, seriously good luck on finding one. I am surprised that they had them.

Re: Primo banner... (Doctor CorteZ)
Im a little lost here.
Isn't the PRIMO a Honda dealer in japan? I was under the
impression that in japan there was like 3 major car dealers
and that PRIMO was one of them.
All I really know, I have one of the things you put your
papers in with the business cards from the PRIMO dealership.

Re: Primo banner... (Doctor CorteZ)
see doc as I was saying "people on Honda-tech..."
as for the other fellow saying that canards are mainly used with opened wheeled race cars, then explain why most JGTC (gt300/gt500) cars use them.
good product..
I dont know if it'll help you pick up groceries faster though

R&D Motorsports - $72 (listed under Vision products)
JDM Hondaparts - $42
Asylum Motorsports has the "Honda Primo" and "Honda Verno" knock-offs for $19ea. that look decent.
This was all I saw other then just having it made.
So much for DFH. At least you have a car to put one on.

Doesn't Leo carry these?
Hm. I distinctly remember seeing a vendor advertising that they had these in stock, but I can't for the life of me recall who it was

dang such a price difference between the first 2 you listed, i would say go with the knockoff but the only thing that concerns me is the fading of a knockoff

Just because JGTC uses a product doesn't mean it is necessarily a good one. They also use Cusco roll-cages... A lot of JGTC is all about image.
Don't get me wrong, Canards do serve a purpose (I know Chad lost a few MPH on straights, so they must be causing some sort of force elsewhere, likely a good one), just saying that because JGTC uses something it isn't necessarily a great/fuctional idea.

Canards, cusco, and JGTC
JGTC is one of the highest level motorsports in the world- example: in 98 the FIA GT championship raced at SUZUKA- FIA gt cars at the time top class (GT1) featured mercedes prototype cars with v12s i beleive, and prototype porches turbo V8s, the GT2 class (lil slower) was mostly won by the chrysler vipers 8.0l v10s. The 2.0 turbo 4cyl powered DENSO SUPRA, and the normally aspirated 3.5l V6 powered raybrig honda NSX qualified faster than all GT2 cars. JGTC is TOP class.
Ive heard ppl ******* cusco cages ... why's this? b/c their not SCCA APPROVED? OR NHRA APPROVED???
THEY ARE FIA APPROVED. FIA is at the head of the worlds TOP forms of motorsports, GT, rally, touring cars, F1, F3000, Lemans prototypes....
Surely the cusco bolt in cages are not fit for FIA GT race cars, but they are for many production based touring car, rally, and endurance classes. Cusco is not rice- dont be confused. They were common in many of the one make race classes in japan for many years. Civic EG one make, EK one make, CTR one make, integra R one make, Mitsu mirage one make, and the list goes on. Yeah they could use more cross beams- FIA means more to me than SCCA by far.
Canards are definitely funtional, as are the front splitters. These parts have been seen for years on various european/japanese series cars. Only more recently do you see them on american lemans cars, trans am, world challenge and others, that doesnt mean they arent worth while. Many times racers are limited by the rules of their series, and only recently have many US sanctioning bodies allowed for more aero parts. Look at nascar... still back in the day style.
NICE CAR DOC!

Re: Primo banner... (d15dude)
Honda Primo is a honda dealer in japan.
you see thier banner on many of the civic One make race cars and some N1/super taikyu cars.
I know they sponsored some of the ONE MAKE races in the past, just like VERNO HONDA sponsored a integra R (DC5) one make race last year.

Re: Primo banner... (Doctor CorteZ)
i couldn't find the pic...but if you can post a pic of one, i can make a vinyl knock-off for anywhere between $15-35...shipped. i can't give you an exact price simply because i don't know exactly what it looks like and don't know how much work will be involved. post it and i'll give you a more accurate quote.

Re: Primo banner... (S8P-tuner)
Not exactly that much help but if you REALLY want one bad I could find out from my dad's friends in japan if they could pick one up for you... but I don't know if they're cheaper or more expensive over there...
