Powercore,Progress, and shifter bushings review
I just finished the install on a few of my new mods on my Del Sol Si.
Powercore one piece stainless header:
First off the header looks very nice. It has clean welds, nice flange, over all it is built very well. The install went perfect, fit was no problem, everything went nicely. I already had an aem cai and a n1 exhaust, so the header was the final step in pulling out the most power from all 3 mods. There is a good power gain throughout the whole band, but when it comes into v-tec it pulls much harder than before. The Powercore also offered much more power gain over the competition. Comparing it to DC's and what not was ridiculous. The primaries on the DC were half the size, they were no bigger than stock.I am very happy with it!! I think I am going to go to the track tomorrow so I will let you know how much my times improved.
Progress Sway bar:
Unfurtanetly the Del Sol Si does not come with a rear sway bar from the factory. Thus, the car drove with a ton of body role and had a good amount of under steer. The kit included all the mounting hardware and the bar itself was 22mm. The first thing i noticed when I went for a test drive was that the car was much more responsive. Reaction times from one direction to the next were greatly reduced, much of this from the reduction of body role. And of course the car now over steers. I am learning how to drive the car all over again. If you come into a turn even remotely to hot the rear end will swing right out. It is going to take a few auto x's to learn how to drive the car again. Install on the bar was perfect. The mounting hardware fit perfectly. All the bushings provided were poly urethane. I was very happy with the sway bar.
Shifter bushings:
I would greatly recommend these. For $10 you can not beat them. The shifting is much crisper and has the shifter lost a lot of the play it had. I like the more responsive positive feel they give.

Re: Powercore,Progress, and shifter bushings review (DMF)
you should get a larger front bar w/ the 22mm rear bar... im not sure what your car came w/ stock but if the front bar is under 24mm replace it. im neutral with an itr rear bar and susp tech 25mm front on my 94 civic coupe.
