hey my girlfriend has a 93 del sol and all the motors work when you supply power to them. the fuses are good in the fuse box under the dash... and when you press the window button to use them it makes a click sound under the steering wheel area.....

could it be the power window module?

maybe the pwr window relay died? it's plugged into the upper left side of the fuse box

Also double check hood fuse #36 (50A) and dash fuse #14 (20A).
