Go to the auto store and get 2 quarts of ps fluid. Jack up your car and make it even front and back. Get under the car remove the PRESSURE line (one from the pump to the rack) put it in a oil pan. Turn your car on and turn your wheel left to right a couple times. Turn off car. Fill up reservior, and repeat. Put press line back on. Fill up. Turn car on. Wheels left to right over and over. Fill reservior and your done.

actually you dont have to keep refilling it because its not even an air tight system so if it was me i would just completely drain it and then fill it up while having someone turn the wheel back and forth

That's a VERY bad idea to be running the car while draining fluid from the system. You'll starve the PS pump which as you know means it has no lubrication. The correct way to flush the system is to drain the reservoir, fill with new fluid, start car up and turn steering wheel back and forth 8 or so times, drain reservoir, refill, and repeat that process until you've used around 4 quarts. This is the way we do it at work and this is the way to not damage your power steering system.

93whtlx talks above removing the pressure line and then turning the car on and turning the wheel left to right to empty the system, then turning the car off and filling the reservoir. This would mean you're running the pump dry.

You yourself talk about draining it and filling it up while having someone turn the wheel back and forth. If you mean doing this while the car is off, that's absolutely pointless because the pump isn't running and won't be pushing the fluid anywhere, not to mention you're straining yourself to try and do it this way.

I already stated in my post the best way to do it. There's a reason that we do it that way at work. Obviousy you won't get ALL the old fluid out, but the majority of it will be clean.

yulp after thinking about it your right. without the pump running(or the car being off) turning the wheel can still push fluids the pump just assist that. it would be much easier as you said.
