power steering conversion help??
hey guys i'm new to this site just bought a stock cx engine for a senior project d15b8 i believe and i'm working on getting a shell for it i got a great deal on the motor and i'm thinking about keeping the car when i'm finished but only one problem... NO POWER STEERING
i know i'm being a big baby and plenty of people do without but i can't stand it personally parking and stuff so i was wondering how hard would if be if possible to somehow retro-fit power steering into a eg or ej1 after i install the engine is it just the pump i need to set up and pully?
any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

Re: power steering conversion help??
you'd need the subframe from an eg or ej1 with power steering since the rack from a non power steering doesn't have the same bolt holes as the power steering version and you'll need all the lines and pump and possibly a crank pulley aswell.

Re: power steering conversion help??
the manual rack has a lot higher gear ratio, so it's easy to turn and you have a little road feel. The only real difference is less clutter in the bay and having to turn the wheel further to turn.
