Everything seemed to be working fine the first time I drove it, just around the neighborhood for 10 minutes with no problems at all.
When I got into the car tonight to go somewhere it was slow to start, wiper blades were slow, headlights dimmed, and cluster dimmed. I figured it was just the battery that was very low because before the clutch job, the battery seemed weak at times. So, I turned around at the end of my street to let the car idle to build up some power for about 10 minutes.
I then drove down the block and it was just as low on power. When I pushed the gas, the temp gauge went up with it and immediately dropped when i let off the gas.
I really have no idea why this would happen.
side note: could this be the vehicle speed sensor? I thought I might have broken it

You should really get that battery changed. When you changed the clutch did you make sure that you remembered to make sure that you tightened the ground? There is a tranny gound and a ground on the thermostat. Make sure that the batter power cable is on tight also. IF you have done all this then you might want to check into something else like the alternator if you arent building any power to your battery.
