power door lock problem - manual locking doesn't work
-On my passenger rear door the power locks work, but the manual doesn't.
-I've had the door apart and there's nothing catching the rod or anything of that sort. -The power locks work fine and the manual latch moves lock/unlock as it should, but one cannot move the manual latch itself... It seems to be "locked" or "frozen" into whatever state the door is in (either locked or unlocked).
I replaced the power locking mechanism to no avail... and when that power mechanism was removed the latch assembly works perfectly.
Any Ideas??
TIA

I had a similar problem on my car last summer, only with mine neither worked very well just the key. I ended up taking out the lock and latch from my door and cleaning it and re greasing all the pivot points and its worked great ever since.

I have tested it according to the honda repair manual and it is supposedly functioning properly.... it locks/unlocks as it should... except it is "locked" into position, you can't use the latch @ all.
