possible stupied question. flam away
what is the point of doing all the cut outs on the rear bumper. I have seen this on a few other cars as well. Is it some stupied ricer thing or am I missing something?

It is supposed to help with air flow. Basically so that air doesn't get trapped in the bumper cover itself.
