Re: ? which plugs for a b16
ok i just got of the phone with msd tech and they old me that with the msd 6al box that you have to use copper plugs, not platinum or iridium, and run them a step or two colder
so should i run the msd 6al and copper plus or get rid of the ignition box and use platinum or iridium

Get rid of the ignition box and run stock plugs. It doesn't look like you have anything in your list that would require you to run colder plugs. And your stock ignition will be adequate for that setup. At least for the time being, no box and stock plugs will do very well.

I think you should get rid of the MSD and run copper plugs. But that's JMO . . .
The only purpose of platinum and iridium is to help the plug last longer, which is where manufacturers come up with this "100,000 mile tune-up" crap (which I don't buy into). I personally replaced my OEM plugs after 60,000 miles because they were looking pretty shitty. I don't intend to use platinum or iridium plugs in the future; I'll just use standard copper plugs and change them more frequently - it's better off that way. Copper plugs are cheaper anyway
