Default Please help me decide. I need H-T guidance. B20 vs D16

I know.. sounds crazy huh? but I really must ask.

Should i sell my B20 and buy a D16z6 swap and finish up the rest of my car.
like: Body work and paint job, suspension, etc. with a Basic I/H/E ignision and 50 shot.

Or

Should i wait and keep the b20 and finish making the car a street beast and worry about all the other stuff later on in the year?

Pics of car and Engine setup below:

B20b4
Crower Stage 2's
AEM cam gears
Unorthadox crank pulley
P&P head
Multi. angle valve job
head milled .02
new stainless valves
Ported b18b intake manifold
60mm Throttlebody
B&M fuel pressure regulator
B&M fuel pressure gauge
Walbro255 fuel pump
MSD 6al ignission
MSD Cap & external coil

UPDATE:
my old car with the B20 setup:

Sell it and get a z6 and build a junkyard turbo kit. You'll be out alot cheaper and higher hp number b series = alot of hype...good if you have cash to waste. JUST MY OPINION. Boost the d and have a fun daily driver and have extra cash

aaaa i don't like b20's, unless its just mild build. but i think you would kick your self in the *** once the sohc is in there. and **** you are always on the inside of the car you never really see it so just save it for later

b series aint hype its a better platform to work off and build a junkyard kit for ur b20. junkyard kits u can possibly run a nice low 14s mayeb even a high 13 wit it but most likely ull see urself pulling 15.0's or mayeb a high 14 at the best

I swapped a b20 in my last car, DX coupe. I loved it and thats why i have the b20 for this car now. I wouldnt messing with the bottomend because I dont want to run into any sleeve issues from the extra compression. Just head work and bolt ons. I'll post a pic of my old car in a few minutes.

My last b20 setup ran 14.4 @ 96 ; 2.4 60ft with street tires i.h.e and 96' LS cams. So this setup just as I have it should be easy 13s NA on street tires possibly. so a JY kit would be therfore even faster. But I'm not looking for boost because Ive had 2 boosted D's already and have 2 blown engines in the garage also. haha

The one listed forsale is the new b20 that I was building for me hatch. and yes the one posted forsale, but thats why im posting on here to make sure im making the right choice.

and yes about the times. I've seen somewhere about how the LS 5-speed cams are almost a 10whp increase on the b20b's (the 94+ LS cams are the same as the B20z's also)

In a stock hatch with i/h/e you should run 15.6 to 16.0. Add 4-5psi of boost non intercooled you should hit 14.5's easy. Add an intercooler and bump it to 8-9psi. If you dont run high 13's to low 14's you should be shot A good clutch and nice rubber is a must...
