ok i have a serious problem i have a 96 civic dx hatch that has a 99 type-r swap when i bought the car the inspection was still good, but when it went out i tried to get it inspected and the obd2 port wasn't hooked up or something like that so i took it to a local honda delarship to do a diagnostic well they said i had a damaged PCM and wanted to charge like 3 grand to get it fixed. What is a PCM and what should i do im running out of options
