I'm sure the gains are not worth the trouble unless you have a 1st-gen B16A.
If I were you I would just buy a CTR intake cam - it's the best O.E cam that you can buy, and the exhuast cam isn't as necessary.
Where do you buy a CTR (Civic Type R) intake cam?
Here's a few places:

http://jdmhondaparts.com/frameset.htm
$350.00 or so is not bad at all for a good cam. Add camgears and some fuel tuning and you should see MUCH better resluts than you would with GS-R cams and the same tuning.
The CTR cam has higher lift and longer duration than any other Honda cam - including B16A, B18C1, B18C5/B18C (ITR), etc.
Good luck, and nice hatch you've got there!

You'll gain a little in the mid range, but the top end will be about the same. Not worth the sweat, just save up for a CTR intake cam, it'll be worth it.

If you don't mind doing the labor yourself, then I'd go for it...every little bit helps. I would't go pay someone to do the cam install...not worth the $$.
