Player 2 Has Entered The Tournament.
Check out what I picked up for $2500 with stock parts.
The input bearing is grinding, so after I rebuild the tranny - Project Steamed Rice will come into play.
I plan on either putting the stock bumpers back on, or paint the current ones red. Definatly painting the wing red, Im not a big wing guy but I kinda like it. Vinyl is definatly comming off asap. The healights could work if they were red, but the stocks are definatly back on. Lastly sell the big boom booms.
From there, im thinking Ground Controls with either Koni Yellows or Tokico Illuminas, skunk2 short shifter, tanabe cat-back (car has dc headers), and maybe an oem style CF hood.
Anyways, here is the photos.

and the boom booms

The wing isnt too bad, I have seen worse. Since id rather not go through the hassle of plugging the holes, painting the wing red would make me happy.

no matter what you think about kits, i think we can all agree that if someone buys one it should be a GIVEN that there is also the price of paint. who the hell thinks an unpainted kit looks good. Unless he decided that the vinyl would tie each of the bumpers together...

oooh no, it was painted white. The gel coat is (was?) blue.
I dont agree with the mods/looks, but the owner took truely awesome care of it. I just need to sell my 91 civic to help fund the mods for this car.

Re: (Vero)
Great buy for a $2500 rice-rocket...
and I agree dont really like the exterior part...at least you headin the right direction with grabin some OEM headlights and paint the housing a semi-gloss black, and OEM front bumper plus painting the car one color...
the interior aint that bad, good thing your plan of Skunk2 short shifter will help and grab a ITR shiftboot, the center consule painted red should stay, it aint that bad its a pretty clean paint job...
but at least on the plus side, there are lot of parts on that car you can make some money from, like the big boom box in the rear, funny yet odd headlights, front bumper...
good luck with the project and update us with what happens...
and I love your JDM carboard floormat....
