i have looked and looked and looked and ST only makes them for the 2/4doors and i heard alot of the sway bars rub against the exhaust so....this might be in the wrong section, if so please move.

As for front swaybars, any 96-00 civic should be direct bolt on, tegs. and 92-95 civics might work
For the rear, ANY swaybar meant for 96-00 civics(regardless of body style) and MOST rear swaybars for tegs will fit.
JUST BE SURE THAT FOR ANY REAR SWAYBAR OVER 19MM TO GET THE ASR OR KTELLER SUBFRAME REINFORCEMENT!
rear swaybars 15-19mm should be fine with just a beaks kit

The ST kit for Civics without the factory swaybar fits all body styles. Here's the ST bar with the ASR brace on my 97 CX hatch:

thank you i wasnt sure, because i searched and it looks like everybody gets ST sway bars but i couldnt find one for a hatchy. and get an ASR like the one above correct?
i am just about to put my turbo kit on and after the turbo kit i want to go suspension and i figure my first mod would be sway bars or rear disc brakes. any other suggestions.
i am looking for a really stiff, smooth suspension. not really for racing so much just more so for some fun on curvy roads, like scary fun.

The KTeller kit is just a knockoff of the ASR kit.
You can find it at KTeller.com

best is determined by personal preference and what the car is going to be primarily used for.
IMO though for a primarily DD car that occasionally sees different types of track situations:
good adjustable shocks(I'm partial to kyb agx)
good sleeve overs(no ebay ****....omnis, GC, skunk2 all make decent ones)
some slightly larger than stock swaybars(1-3mm at most...ST does this very well)
some SOLID strutbars
