Default Piston Ring Gap? Main and rod torque specs?

As posted above I have a b16 with standred bore and stock pistons and rods.
Also Im going turbo 10psi max. I've searched and found two threads that had 2 differant answers on each one. So any added info would be great.

Ok guys form top to bottom on rings .3, .47, .35 and torque rods to 30lbs and mains to 55lbs. Does this sound about right?
