Picked up a o2 sensor from the junk(pics)
i have to extend it witch will ruin the 7 day warranty i have on it. im pissed the bung is located under the motor ....and the connector is near the side of the transmission
what are my chances this o2 sensor is bad, and is their another option i can go about instead of extending my o2 sensor

You're spending to much on "labour" this would be a 15$ job max 5-8$ o2 sensor and 3$ for 2ft of 14g wire plus 1$ for an exacto knife to strip the wire back.

seperate the O2 wires from the wiring loom then re route them to the back, then tape them back up. I did this with my z6 harness when I swapped in my B16 no need to extend or cut the wires. Also denso direct fit O2 sensors go for like $30-40 on amazon brand new

Return it already, get refund, then buy a BRAND new one that is a direct fit. Can't believe I'm having this conversation. You don't spend a dollar to save a nickel.
Look at these prices: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...&parttype=5132 ... exact fit Denso is $48 ... and there are ones cheaper than that.

here is one from amazon for 35 shipped
OP will try to put some pics up tomorrow to show you what i mean about separating the wires from the loom
also this is assuming you are using your original harness
