ya wasn't that bad to take it out.... I hear a lot of mouning over how "hard" it is to do this swap, but with patience any thing can happen and I want this car to have something in it that a lot of people dont have.

My friend has this done in his hatch and i don't think it's worth it. I mean it's still cool but i woundn't do it to my car. The doors had to have some of the padding taken out to line up with the dash and to be able to close the doors. There is also about an inch gap between the body and dash in the door jam. I'd rather keep my stock dash where everything fits. He has an si and every time he wants to adjust his mirrors or open his sunroof he has to grab the switches out of glove box and plug them in to the connectors hanging in the change thing to do it because you can't use the integra switchs. You might be able to if you rewire some **** i don't know. All i can say is i hope you like it when your done.

Actually, the dash only took us about 1 hour to take out. It was very simple. The hardest part was getting all of the wires and harnesses free from the dash before we pulled it out. We are going to be doing it to my car soon too, some guy wants to trade me his black interior for my tan interior.

Just remember things come apart more easy than they go back together. I wish you the best of luck.

Nice mod if you do it right but i have yet to see it. The way I would do it if I had unlimitted time and funds would be to modify the door panels to actually work with the dash. In my opinion the cutting of the doors to fit the dash looks like *** and really renders all the hard work quite uesless.

Modifying the door panels should be possible, the bling bling stereo guys do it all the time.

I have also never seen the wireing done properly (i.e. everything actually works). Again, this is not to say its impossible, just very dificult.

Good luck on your project though! More work than i would take on. Swapping in and ABS system and engine was hard enough!

Well you arent done taking the dash apart yet. You have to get the Integra blower motor, Heater core and the vent box from the teggie also. Then you have to get the turn signals and tachometer to work. And there is one plug dopwn at the fuse panel that you have to repin. But you are off to a good start. I took the dash out in 20 minutes though

It took me about 2 days because I couldn't figure out that there is a piece of the dash under neath that you have to cut down. Then it slides in like it belongs there and the piece that you have to cut serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever. I am using the stock civic brackets. You have to repin the grey plug that goes into the civic fuse panel under the dash. You will see it when you start doing the wiring. Thanks for the comment about my car by the way. Took alot of time and work , but I am happy with it for now. Just have to get my 5 lug and my S2000 wheels and I will be set. Am trying to get High beam and Low beam H.I.D kits now so should be alot better.
