pcv valve dilemma
I'm swapping in a d16y7 for my d15b7 and I switched intake manifolds. So I'm using a d16z6 manifold on my d16y7. I was in the proccess of changing my pcv valve nozzle (where the hose goes in) to the new motor because the hose size was bigger on the new IM and the original pcv valve nozzle was too small. But the old valve doesn't sit flush in the new motors pcv valve. what year pcv valve nozze will work with a d16y7? Also on the old pcv valve when you look through it you can see clear through is that normal? or does it mean it's going bad?
Cliff notes: d16z6 IM on d16y7, Pcv valve nozzle too small for hose. d16y7 pcv valve nozzle different from d15b7 nozzle, what to do?
thanks

I would doubt it. But I'll take a look around.

ok, busted out helms. The hose from the PCV valve to breather box is too big for the breather box plastic fitting. Would it be ok to use hose adapter on it? or would it mess up circulation?
thanks
thanks

just go to autozone or somthing and get the right tube diameter and it will work. a hose adapter will work and be more then enough.
