Re: Parts (The_General)
I need a performance clutch not really looking for any certain kind, just something that will work well with a turbo LS in a 95 civic.

Do you have a stage preference, I suggest stage 2, it's good for the street and decent for the track. Stage 3 is just for the track. I'll check and get back to you.

well before you buy a clutch. Look at more specs. this stage 2 stage 3 stuff is nothing but bullshit.
Look for the torqe capacity. How much torqe do you plan on making? if your shooting for 400whp. then get a clutch good to 300-350 ft lbs of torqe to handle the extra beating of the track.
If your lookin for relability and cheaper clutch remember you can buy a Exedy stage 1 which is like %15 more torqe than stock. you will burn right through that thing like nothing. so do some research before you buy a clutch.

That's true, what are you admit plans for the car? If you're going to boost and you know that you'll be changing the boost power down the line. For high hp and mid tq on an all motor engine a stage two would be idle as well. It depends on what you want. It makes more sense to buy a clutch that can stand more power than you plan on than one that can fall right around the amount of power that you plan on putting out. It's better to have more than you need. Not saying buy a Stage III when you only need a Stage I. But if you plan on needing a Stage I then gaining more power then by all means go with a Stage II.

Re: (The_General)
dont buy an exedy stage 1...
if youre boosted, get stage 2.
its only $40 more and its going to save you some time and money.
just make sure you get a new flywheel.

pretty much what i was saying...
i regret getting a stage 1 from exedy...
shoulda gone with the stage 2.
stage 1 isnt really worth it.
spend the few extra bucks and get the stage 2.
